Order Cancellations
You have 4 hour after placing your order to cancel it. After that, we begin processing your order immediately, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
If your order has already been processed and you no longer wish to keep the item, you may still request a return or a partial refund (see options below).
Return for a Full Refund
- You can return the product for a 100% refund.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Please email us first at Service@lucnvem.com to request return authorization and return address details.
Please note: We are unable to process any returns or refunds until the product has been delivered.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in new, unused condition
- All original packaging and parts must be included
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days.
Wrong Address / Change of Address
Need to update your shipping address?
Please contact us within 2 hour of placing your order. After that, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed.
1-Year Warranty
All purchases are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
If your product is damaged, faulty, or stops working, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
To start a warranty claim:
- Send us an email with your order number
- Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Note: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or personal preferences such as color or size not matching expectations. If you’re unsure, please reach out before ordering—we’re happy to help!
Lost Packages
If your order gets lost in transit:
- We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
- If you'd prefer a refund, we kindly ask for an 18-day waiting period, just in case the package shows up late.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact us right away with clear photos or video. We’ll send you a replacement for free.
Replacements follow the standard delivery time of 8–18 business days.
Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If you no longer want or need the product:
- You can return it within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping is at your expense
- A full refund will be issued once we receive the item
